Lifetime Warranty
Pythonz®
Sunglasses
are warrantied to the original purchaser for a Lifetime against
any defect in materials and workmanship. Image Optiks will repair
or replace, at our option, any pair of Pythonz®
Sunglasses
found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or
unreasonable use.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens
scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover
shipping & handling costs. Repairs will generally be completed
within five business days and returned via US Postal Service. Any
sunglasses returned to Image Optiks for a warranty claim or repair
must be accompanied by the following:
- Original
proof of purchase is required. Include a copy of the original
packing list with your returned sunglasses.
- $14.95(U.S.
Dollars) for return shipping & handling (international
charges will vary).
- A
brief note indicating how your sunglasses broke.
- Include
your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need
to contact you. There may be additional charges if your repair
is not covered by Pythonz®
warranty.
