Speedwear™ Warranty
RPM
Speedwear™ frames are warrantied to the original purchaser for a
period of one year against
any defect in materials and workmanship. Image Optiks will repair
or replace, at our option, any pair of RPM Speedwear™ frames or
parts found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or
unreasonable use.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including finish scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover
prescription lens. Frame repairs will generally be completed
within five business days and returned via US Postal Service.
Any frame returned to Image Optiks for a warranty claim must be
submitted by a trained optical professional and must be accompanied by the

The
"following" items must be included with any warranty claim return:
- Original
proof of purchase is required. Include a copy of the original,
dated, sales receipt with the returned frame.
- A
brief note indicating why you believe the eyeglass frame to be
defective.
- Please
include the name of the consumer as well as your optical shop
contact information including, company name, address, phone,
contact person, and email address along with the eyeglass
frame.
